Here I am with a solution to the universal challenge i.e. baking. Personally, I have never found cooking a difficult task but when it comes to baking; nothing is as arduous as compared to this. So here I am listing some basic baked recipes that are easy to make and sumptuous at the same time.
My all-time favorite and one of the easiest. Mug cakes definitely top the list of baked delicacies. Made with fewer ingredients mug cakes are definitely anytime meal.
Mix equal amounts of flour, cocoa powder, milk, and sugar in a mug and add a half teaspoon of baking powder to the batter. You can also add chocolate chips or other sprinklers as per your choice. Put the cup in the microwave and bake it for 2 minutes with 30 seconds interval. Your sizzling hot mug cake is ready to relish.
Another easy yet simple recipe. Bread pizza is a commonly made snack and is relished by almost everyone. Just sauté same basic vegetables like onion, capsicum, mushroom, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives etc. and keep aside. Now take a bread slice and spread some butter, cheese spread, and pizza sauce on it. Spread the sautéed filling and grate a generous amount of mozzarella on it. Put it in the oven and bake for 2.5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
A healthy and a delectable option. Baked vegetables is a fully fledged package of a complete balanced diet for it contains vegetables like potato, cauliflower, spinach, carrot, capsicum and broccoli to name a few. Simply parboil these vegetables and lay them in a baking dish. Lace it with white sauce and grated cheese and bake for 3-5 minutes to get a delicious meal.
Classic Mac and Cheese
This is a most commonly made recipe. A single bowl of mac and cheese is enough for someone to have a feel of heaven. A layer of macaroni loaded with hell lot of cheese is enough to make a day. You have to do nothing but take a cup of boiled macaroni and put some finely chopped onions and capsicum in it. After that add a generous quantity of white sauce and cheese spread and then bake the mixture for 3-5 minutes or till the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
Baking a cake is no more a mountain now. With simple ingredients and basic knowledge, anyone can bake a cake now. Take digestive biscuits of your choice and grind them. Now add melted butter, vanilla essence, a pinch of baking powder, powdered sugar, lukewarm milk and chocolate chips. Mix the batter thoroughly. Now pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 3-5 minutes. Your biscuit cake is ready.

Sieve through flour, a pinch of baking powder and a pinch of baking soda. In another bowl mix in butter, powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in both dry and wet mixture to a smooth paste. Bake in a preheated oven (375 degrees preheated) for 8-10 minutes. Your cookies are ready to relish. You can also add Chocó chips if you are a chocolate lover.
When it comes to baking, lasagna cannot be taken for granted. It’s one complete meal and can be relished anytime. Though a little bit time consuming it’s really easy to cook and sumptuous in taste. For making lasagna sauté some vegetables like onion, capsicum, olives, jalapenos, mushrooms, cottage cheese, cabbage, carrot, corn and baby corn for 2-3 minutes and keep aside. Boil minimum four lasagna strips. You can add as many strips as you want a number of layers. Now in a baking dish, put a lasagna strip and spread pizza sauce and cheese spread on it. Make a bed of sautéed vegetables over a strip and cover with another strip. Your one layer is ready. Repeat the same process for the number of layers of your choice. In the end, grate a generous amount of mozzarella and bake for 7-8 minutes and enjoy the meal.
Yes, it’s not a joke. Even eggs can be made through baking. There are abundant recipes that can be made with eggs and I am here sharing one. Take a ramekin mold or a mug and beat two eggs thoroughly in it. Add salt, black pepper, garam masala, chilly powder, and mix. Now add finely chopped green chilies, ginger, onion, and tomato, mix thoroughly. Now place the mixture in the microwave and cook for 45 seconds or till the eggs are properly cooked. Enjoy this healthy and quickie recipe.
